It’s not as warm as you would think it is, but looking at this outfit, can you tell I’m ready for spring? I took this skirt to sew camp and this is one of the two projects I completed over that weekend. This is a wearable muslin, anytime I make a garment the first time, for me it’s a wearable muslin. As a part of my monthly sewing, I scope out a bunch of challenges on Facebook and Instagram. For this month, I’ve looked to Pinterest for inspiration for the Sew Much Talent Facebook Group and That Sew Monica’s sew your view challenges. Battle of the FBA’s- Ogden Cami
Pivot and Slide FBA with no adjustments to the waist and hip. No pulling at center front I know I’m late with this make, but I wanted a nice cami that had feminine details and the True Bias Ogden cami fit the bill. This top was on my list of things to make and then one of my Facebook groups had this pattern as a monthly challenge. These challenges are great to help you sharpen your skills and they also help you step outside of your comfort zone. I call this my picnic table top, the gingham and the red, yeah!
