More Pajamas, which are the best?
I can say, I didn’t enjoy the process of making pajamas because I’m lazy, but I love the results. I know I complained about the piping, but sewing really is about the journey. Out of all the hard things, piping isn’t as challenging as a hand bound button hole, but it wasn’t the zoom, zoom fast sewing either, it took a few extra steps to add piping, and French seams throughtout, but very much worth it. I’ve made another TNT pattern- Peplum addition
As promised, I’m back with the Cashmerette Rivermont Peplum top. Last week I blogged about my fifth Rivermont dress I sewed, and I want to share the top view of the pattern. I received this fabric from my friend Gaylen, and it’s Nicole Miller Scuba remnant, it is such a lovely print. Gaylen gifted me this fabric a few years ago and I had every intention of making pencil skirt out of it. I can typically get a knit pencil skirt from about 1.5 yards of 60″ wide fabric.
